Number of Potential Change Orders (PCO) by Status

This pie chart indicates the number of potential change orders in a particular status. This metric assumes the following:

• Since there is no indicator or check box to tell whether a PCO record represents an official PCO, only PCOs that have the 'Approved for Budget' and 'Notification Required' check boxes selected are tracked.
• A PCO is counted as "Closed" only if the "Closed" check box is selected and a value exists for "Done Date". This metric assumes that these two conditions will only exist if all other conditions for a particular customer's PCO process are met (Example: SCO has been created, Budget Code has been assigned, Status has changed to 'Approved').
