The Buyout Items form is used to create a list of all the items that must be purchased for the project. Individual buyout items can be general or extremely specific.
After creating the list of buyout items, use the Bid Packages form to associate the buyout items with bid packages and the Buyout Groups form to associate buyout items to buyout groups.
