Associating Addenda with Bid Packages
During the bid period, owners, architects, engineers, and others might issue addenda. Addenda indicate changes, corrections, or clarifications for the original bidding documents or drawings. When you create a bid package, you can associate the issued addenda with the bid package.
To associate an addendum with a bid package
- In the Bid Packages form, click the Addenda tab.
- Click Add Link.
- To add addenda, select the addenda in the Sel column, and then click
.
- View the following information:
- Number: The number of the bid addenda.
- Date: The date on which the bid addenda was issued.
- Description: A description of the bid addenda.
- Reference: Any references related to the bid addenda.
- Company: The company which issued the bid addenda.
- Notes: Any notes related to the bid addenda.
- Delete: If you select a row for deletion, this check box is selected, and the row is deleted when you save the record.
- To edit an item, select the item, and then click Edit.
- To save the changes and keep the form open, click
> Save.
