Tracking Manpower and Labor

Use the Manpower/Labor tab to record manpower and labor information on the jobsite for the day, including details such as start, break, and end times, trades, classifications, rates, and actual employees. When you record basic manpower and labor information, you track workers based only on their trade and classification.

Note: Make sure you use the same units of measure for manpower, such as man-days or man-hours. If you change the units of measure for manpower, make sure you convert all existing manpower information to the new units of measure. This will prevent inaccurate manpower totals.
