Prime Contract Change Orders

After the owner approves a change order request, the next step is to create a prime contract change order (PCCO). The PCCO documents the agreement between you and the owner to change or amend the original prime contract. A PCCO can increase the value of the prime contract or increase the number of days allotted for completing the scope of work described in the prime contract.  You can use the Prime Contract Change Orders form to create prime contract change orders for any non-committing contracts.

Note: When you create a PCCO, the next available sequence number is automatically displayed in the Sequence field. The sequence number is used to determine the order in which the PCCO is incorporated into the calculations of the prime contract value. The company name in the To Company field on the General Information and Other Information tabs is also displayed by default based on the contract selected.
