Adding Contact Information in Contracts
Add contact information on the Contact Info tab. For information on adding information on the company that won the contract, see "Contracts".
To add contact information
- In the Contracts form, click the Contact Info tab.
- Enter the following information:
- To Company: The name of the company to which you are awarding the contract. For information on searching for a company record, see "Adding a Company to a Record".
- Main Contact: The name of the main company contact at the To Company.
- Signed By: The name of the person at the To Company who signs the contract. For information on searching for a contact, see "Adding a Contact to a Record".
- Title: The title of the person at the To Company who signs the contract.
- From Company: The name of the company that issued the contract.
- Main Contact: The name of the main company contact at the From Company.
- Signed By: The name of the person at the From Company who signs the contract.
- Title: The title of the person at the From Company who signs the contract.
- First Witness: The name of the first witness of the contract signing.
- Second Witness: The name of the second witness of the contract signing.
- Signature Block Comments: Comments to be added to the signature block.
- To save the changes and keep the form open, click
> Save.
