Adding Divisions of Work

On the Divisions of Work tab in the Company Setup form, indicate the construction specifications or divisions for which a company can work.

To add divisions of work

  1. In the Company Setup form, click the Divisions of Work tab.
  2. Click Add.
  3. The CSI Search window is displayed.

  4. Search for a division of work by entering either the CSI Code or Description.
  5. To display all the available divisions of work, leave the fields blank. For information on how to search for records, see "Searching for Records".

  6. Click .
  7. A list of matching records is displayed.

  8. Select one or more divisions of work, and then click .
  9. The items are added to the grid.

  10. To save the changes and keep the form open, click > Save.
  11. —Or—

    To save the changes and close the form, click > Save and Exit.
