Revise Checklist Templates

You can revise a checklist template that has not been published. You can add, insert, import, delete or move checklist items or you can upload another PDF form in the checklist template (for checklists of PDF form type). When you make changes to a saved checklist, a new revision is created.

To revise a checklist template

  1. On the View menu, click Field Administration > Checklists > Manage Templates, and then select a view.
  2. Click to open the checklist.
  3. Click Create New Revision to create a new revision of the record.
  4. Note: The 'Create New Revision' button is displayed only for the latest checklist template.

  5. Make the required changes and click Save.
  6. The checklist template is saved with the same name, and the revision number is automatically incremented.

    Note: The checklist template name, type, and module cannot be modified.

  7. Click Publish to make the template available to Prolog Mobile users.
