Viewing Forecast at Completion Reports

The Forecast at Completion form includes two Quick Print reports used to export the record content to PDF files. These reports include cost forecast details and charting.

Each report generates content based on the report which is being viewed. The following reports are available in the menu when a Cost Forecast record is opened:

• Forecast at Completion Detailed (Current Budget): Includes a grid with the budget items, their budget values, commitments, anticipated to complete values, estimated final cost, and savings/overrun. The last page contains a chart which compares the cost commitments vs. the anticipated to complete as a bar chart.

This report is formatted to include the Current Budget only and does not include the Projected Budget. The Savings/Overrun calculations are based on the Current Budget.

• Forecast at Completion Detailed (Projected Budget): Includes a grid with the budget items, their budget values, commitments, anticipated to complete values, estimated final cost, and savings/overrun. The final page contains a chart which compares the cost commitments vs. the anticipated to complete as a bar chart.

This report is formatted to include the Projected Budget. The Savings/Overrun calculations are based on the Projected Budget.
