User groups and user accounts are used by Prolog Converge to allow people access to a project. Anyone who uses a project is considered a 'user' and each user is grouped with others in a 'user group'. Each user group has a permission profile that is a way of keeping track of which group has access to which features.
User accounts and user groups can be managed from the Administration area of Prolog Converge.
