Deleting User Accounts

If you are part of the Administrator group or have 'Manage User' permission, you are able delete users in a user group. If you delete a user who is currently logged on to a Prolog Converge product, the user can continue to use the product until he or she logs off. Note that you cannot delete your own user account.

When a user account is deleted, the ownership of their Reports, Queries and File Management is assigned to the admin user. The user's Preference Settings are also permanently deleted and cannot be applied to any existing or newly created user.

To delete a user account

  1. Click the Area menu arrow > Administration.
  2. On the View menu, click Users.
  3. Click next to the user account you wish to delete.
  4. Click , and then click OK in the confirmation dialog box.

    5. The user's account is deleted.
